Yesterday was a very special day for us as our grandson was baptised.  He was just an angel during the entire service, he didn’t make a peep!

To celebrate this special day I used a stamp from one of my favorite companies, Lili of the Valley.

imageThis is the sketch I used from the LOTV Challenge Blog.

There are so many special elements to this card.

There is a minimal amount of coloring on this image.

I added Stickles to the pillow and gown trim.  Glossy Accents were added to the stained glass window.

The border treatment is made using one of the new PaperTrey Ink dies.  The ribbon is also from PaperTrey Ink, it’s the new color release – Blueberry Sky twill ribbon.

The gorgeous DP from Me & My Big Ideas is flocked.

Yes, those are Swarovski crystals from Dreamtime Creations.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid, I used Stickles to lightly brush the tips of the flowers to add some glitter, shimmer and shine.

The sentiment is computer generated and diecut was cut using an svg file.

I’m glad you were able to stop by and spend a few minutes with me today.  I hope to see you back again, soon!  Dee
