Valentine’s Day is just a couple of days away and today I finally have some time to post a few of the cards I’ve made over the past couple of weeks.

I started off with this sketch from Skipping Stones Design as my layout inspiration Photobucket

I cut the heart out using the Cricut and then layering silver embossing powder on top for a total of 3 layers and then while it was still warm, set in a rubberstamp with a verse on it for some texture.

The panel behind the key is also embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.  The Dp is from Doodlebug.

I cut the heart using a nestie and then topped it with a digital stamp from Digi Stamp Characters.  I added the sentiment to the heart before printing and then I colored the image with copic markers.

A ribbon and a few rhinestones were added to complete the card.

Thanks for stopping by!  Dee
