Baby Boy Blue

Happy Sunday!  The snow is almost gone, the temps are in the 30’s and the melting has begun – Yeah!

For my card today I’m using an image from Crafty Sentiments – it is one of the images from their March Offer of the Month. I’m using the color challenge from Stamp Away with Me

and the sketch from Papertake Weekly’s challenge this week, now that I look at the sketch closer I see that we were to add tect to the image – hopefully the embossed text will be okay.

sketch #55

I embossed the background cardstock and the also the panel behind the image using Cuttlebug embossing folders.  I punched the middle strip with a Martha Stewart border punch and ran a ribbon through it.  A few rhinestones were added to complete the card.

Thanks for stopping by – Dee!
