Simply Irresistible

Do you love to shop?  Do shoes call out to you everytime you buy a new outfit?

I am in the minority – I hate shoe shopping!  I have to be in the right frame of mind to purchase a pair of shoes, mostly I buy them out of necessity not because I think they are pretty.  Thank goodness where I work anything goes as far as footwear, this summer was great – for the first time ever I was able to wear sandals even flip-flops to work. So Fun!

I love the simplicity of this card.  I started out with a sketch from My Time Made Easy.  All of the papers are from SEI’s White Elegance paper series.  I’m using one of my new stamps from LOTV.

I chose to use a monochromatic color scheme of pinks and red (for that girly, girly look) with a touch of gray thrown in, inspired by this week’s challenge photo at A Gem of a Challenge.  I dabbed a bit of sparkle with Stickles to the flower and dabbed on Liquid Pearls for the pearl necklace.
