Yesterday I made a baby girl card, today a card for a baby boy.  I spent the day with one of my grandsons as he has a double ear infection and unable to go to daycare.  It’s a good thing Gramma’s daycare was open today 🙂

Blue is my all time favorite color so I thought I’d make something blue.  After spending the day with a little boy maybe that’s where my color inspiration came from!  Then I found this week’s challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity and they have this color recipe to use – well I knew I had to go for it

I used this weeks sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday. The image I chose to is use is Louie and Teddy from Digi Stamp Boutique.  As luck would have it they are sponsoring this week’d SSW challenge.  All I did was rotate rotate the card on it’s side and flip it a bit but all in all I can tell it is the sketch – I  hope you can too!

The flowers were spritzed with some glimmer spray for a bit of shimmer and topped with buttons – after all babies are cute as buttons, aren’t they?

I wanted to add a bit of lace to my card but all of the lace I had wasn’t dainty enough so I used an EK Success border punch and made a paper lace and topped it with a ribbon.  I used a Spellbinder die to frame the digi stamp.
