Happy 1st Birthday

We live near a golf course and today is the first day the course is open – there has been a steady flow of traffic today heading to the clubhouse.  Once the golf courses open in North Dakota, it is  spring!  I have the window open in my craft room to let the spring breezes in – it is a gorgeous day and I can enjoy it while getting this card posted.

TSB81 (PlaidOrStripes)Today I’m inking up one of my new Sugar Nellie stamps – this stamp is adorable and I thought it would make a perfect birthday card for a little girls first birthday. I’m using the sketch from this week’s challenge at The Sugar Bowl.

The number one was made on the computer, printed out on a heavy cardstock and cut out.

Papers: Me & My Big Ideas – Baby Girl (3 Patterned Papers used), Cardstock
Image: Sugar Nellie, colored using copics
Punch: EK Success, love this punch as it looks like lace!
Embellishments & Extras: Pearls, Glossy Accents.

Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for stopping by!  Dee

  2. Totally sweet! Love the pinks – great patterned papers – and that lacey border punch is terrific! Love your coloring on that sweet image, too! =) Thanks for joining us for the 3 or More Patterned Papers challenge at Paper-Crafting Journey! ~Christy
