Sailing By watermarked

Two male birthday cards in one week – I think that is a record for me.  I think these two sailors are so adorable – by changing the sentiment this could easily work for a Father’s Day card too!

Color Inspiration: Pals Paper Art

CeleryBashfulMarina

Papers: Cardstock

Image: Let’s Go Sailing –  Di’s Digi Downloads

Die: Chevron Cutting Plate – Taylored Expressions (Here’s a hint: rather than die cut and insert each of the chevrons, I cut strips of cardstock and placed them behind the main diecut; so much quicker!) Ribbon Sentiment – PaperTrey Ink

Embellishments: Baker’s Twine, Nautical Charm

Thanks so much for the visit – stop back again soon!  Dee
