Fruitcake Nightmares

fruitcake nightmaresI have another card for you – I’m enjoying this week’s Christmas in July sponsored by Catch the Bug.  Wednesday’s challenge is “Make us Laugh”.  I laughed out loud the first time I saw this sentiment – it reminds me of how each Christmas my mother-in-law will bake fruitcakes and give them out to those that enjoy fruitcake.  In case you’re wondering – no, I don’t receive one!

Papers: Cookin’ Cookies – Nitwit Collections Digi Papers

Image and Sentiment: Stella Christmas Fruitcake – Bugaboo Stamps

Embellishments: White Applique Puff Paint, Doily, Pearls

Sketch: Love to Scrap, I just found out this sketch is actually from Starry Nights Studio – thanks for letting me know as I love to give credit where credit is due!

Thanks so much for the visit!  Dee

Challenges:

Loves Rubberstamps – Christmas in July

My Craft Spot – Christmas in July
