Anything But a Card

Day 3

It’s Monday and at Catch the Bug it’s time for Anything But a Card and today’s challenge is to use this festive color photo:

A fun way to jazz up a generic bag is to make a card base like usual but rather than mounting it onto a card you can take a piece of cardstock the size of the card front and add a couple of inches in length to it, score it and cut a small opening in the middle of the scored line and drape it over the bag.

Paper: Tapestry of Christmas – Nitwit Collections
Sentiment: The Pink Petticoat
Embellishments: Ribbon – PaperTrey Ink, Kraft Bag

I hope you are enjoying our Christmas in July festivities – Can’t wait to see your take on today’s color inspiration!  Dee

Creative! Love the idea that it can slip over the handles of a bag. Such a striking design and colors. Thanks for joining us at Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog
