Each week at Catch the Bug the Design Team likes to share some of the “older” Bugaboo images. I think sometimes we get so excited to use our new images that we forget about those images we’ve had for awhile. I’m here to inspire you with one of my favorite Stella and Gus images – I can just see my hubby and me morphing into these two characters 🙂

We have such a fun new challenge for you this week at Catch the Bug! The Theme is Late for a very important Date ! It could be a belated birthday greeting, an Alice in Wonderland theme, it’s whatever what you thing of when you think of being late.
Image: Scarlette Cape Dress – Bugaboo Stamps
Papers: Ladies and Gentlemen – Nitwit Collections
Punch: Border Punch – Martha Stewart
Sketch Saturday – Sketch #327 (I flipped it 180 degrees)
I did a bit of paper piecing for her gown and cape, I added some copics to the cape to make it stand out from the gown – easy, peasy!
It’s not your typical belated birthday card, but it is perfect for that diva we all seem to know 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by – I can’t wait to see your take on this weeks Challenge at Catch the Bug! Dee
Can you believe it is September already??? Last year at this time I had almost all of my holiday cards made. This year I have but a handful ready to go. No stamps used on this card. I used a few of the digi elements found in the Snow Princess collection to make the scene – quick and easy. I added sticles to the snow on the branches to give the image more of a 3-D apprearance.
Papers: Snow Princess – Nitwit Collections
Die: Eliza Snowflake – Simon Says Stamp, Alphabet Soup – Memory Box
Embellishments: Ribbon (2) – PaperTrey Ink, Snowflake Charm, Stickles
Sketch: Mojo Monday 361
Thanks for stopping by! Dee
were flowers I’d pick you!
I hope you are enjoying the last few days of summer! We’ve had a cool rainy summer with only a couple of days that I consider to be on the warm side. I can feel fall in the air. With the kids back in school, it won’t be long and the leaves will start to turn colors!

It’s time for another sketch from Stella Says Sketch – this challenge will be for the entire month of August so you have lots of time to participate! As you can tell, I took the sketch and rotated it on it’s side – that’s one of the beauties of sketches as you can rotate them, you can even flip them!

As you may have noticed, I Love, Love Nitwit Collections digi papers. I have stacks of papers I purchased over the years that are just sitting in my craft room. I love how I can print just the size of paper I need for my project and the fact they are scalable makes them even more wonderful. I anxious await each new release, in fact I just purchased their newest release yesterday – I just haven’t had a chance to play with it (think of your morning cup of coffee;hint, hint!).
Thanks so much for the visit! Can’t wait to see your creations, Dee
I know this isn’t your typical anniversary card but I couldn’t resist putting these two Bugaboo images together! It all started with this inspirational photo:
