A Successful Marriage

I’ve been making so making fall themed cards lately I thought I’d mix it up a bit and make an anniversary card.

I found the perfect sentiment at Create with TLC to use on my anniversary card.

I started with the challenge at Annabelle Stamps to use the color scheme Black & White, there is something about this color combination that says elegance to me.

I knew I wanted a simple layout and found this one at Inktegrity

The DP from K& Company is much darker than is photographed – it’s simplicity is just beautiful.

I used a sheet ribbon again wanting simplicity and elegance.

The photo didn’t capture it but the white cardstock has a pearlescent sheen to it.

I punched two hearts using Martha Stewart punches, attached a computer generated sentiment and the card was completed.

Other Challenges:

The Paper Players – Use DP, Punches & a Sentiment

A Spoonful of Sugar – Let’s Get Punchy

Flourishes – Anything Goes but Buttons or Bows

Tuesday Throwdown – Sentimentally Yours

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope I’ll see you again soon!
