You’ve given me so much

Happy Tuesday!

I know it may seem a little early for those of us that live in the US but our neighbors across the ocean will be celebrating this special day with their Mom’s on April 3rd – from what I can tell they celebrate this day on the 4th Sunday of Lent so the dates vary quite a bit from year to year.  How’s that for today’s trivia?

Our challenge for you this week at My Time To Craft is to make a Mother’s Day card. 

I started off using sketch challenge from The Pixie Cottage 

(they also have a optional challenge to use a little sparkle)

The stamp I’m using is one of the newly released stamps from Lili of the Valley that I colored using copic markers.  I layered the finished image over a paper doily that I got at my local scrapbook store.

The lovely DP is from K & Company’s SW Nature paperpad.

The border punch is from Martha Stewart as is the punched butterfly.

A little ribbon/bow and a few pearls completed the card – what mom wouldn’t appreciate getting this card?
