Look who has just arrived!

I just love the soft feel of this card.  I tried to photograph this card last night to no avail – I couldn’t capture the white of the card and still get the embossing highlighted.  Today the sun is shining and I had much better luck getting a presentable photo.

I’m using Mojo Mondays sketch from this week’s challenge.  I like the variety of shapes and the ability to create a multitude of layers without getting too fussy. I used white cardstock, embossed it using a variety of embossing folders.  I added a pop of color and used the matting cardstock to diecut the PTI doily.

Even the images are left very pastel, using the lightest of copic colors.  These little cuties are digi images from DigiStamp Boutique, I think the combination of these are just perfect for that nursery feel.  I added the sentiment prior to printing the images – so quick and easy!   A few rhinestones were added to complete the card.
