I hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday. We had a fun-filled day with kids and my sister here for the day. We had lots of food, lots to drink and lots of presents to open – but the best present for me was being able to spend the day with family!
I have a few cards I haven’t had a chance to post yet, so I thought I’d take a minute to post a couple of them now.

I woke up bright and early this morning, long before the sun rose in the sky. I’m like every little kid out there – too excited to sleep. Today the kids will be coming over along with all of the little ones – there will be lots of food and drink, there will be laughter, there will probably be a few tears, it will be loud, there will be excitement in the air, it will be wonderful!

It’s been a full weekend. Did some shopping, the kids were over yesterday and today, finally got the tree put up, went and looked at light displays tonight… So much to do and just not enough time – but I love it all!

So pretty in Pink! Not your traditional Christmas color scheme but it is so girly and cute!
The challenge this week at Capture the Moment is Detail Glitter Technique. So glad I watched this video – adding just this bit of glitter to the can really makes it sparkle, LOVE it! To make the “wrapper” for the candy, I took a pinking circle from Spellbinders and scored it between each of the notches, a fourth of the circle was used for each end of the “wrapper”.

Good Will Toward Men – isn’t this what Christmas is really all about?
I’ve been eyeing this adorable stamp from Crissy Armstrong for awhile now and today I noticed Whimsy Stamps is having a sale on all digi images – 50%, well I couldn’t resist any longer!
It’s been a bit since I’ve made an easel card and the sentiment works perfectly for an outside/inside verse.
